I tried Reiki when my role in the City of London and close family health issues put a huge strain on me physically and emotionally. The pressure of this environment led me to find ways to relax, reflect and to seek clarity on my future plans for work and life.

I saw a flyer about Reiki Treatments at a local Hotel which struck a chord with how I was feeling and was drawn to try a treatment.

It was just amazing, gentle deep warmth with relaxation never experienced to this degree.

A feeling of being at one with yourself and everything around you in a world of tranquility.

l found Reiki gradually gave me perspective and objectivity and facilitated what I knew had to be done, the strength and courage to change my life and choose a new path.

Thus part two of my life began.

Inspired by the effectiveness of the therapy I resolved to learn more once time allowed post early retirement, From 2011 through to 2013 I completed:

First Degree, Second Degree, Master Level and Master Teacher Reiki Certification

The courses were provided by Julie Yarrow and Karyn Hartley, both highly experienced Reiki Master Teachers.

I currently work at my own clinic based in Tunbridge Wells.

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher registered with the UK Reiki Federation
